General Contracting Conditions
Below is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website www.miralles-src.addisnetwork.es, owned by GUILLERMO CABRERA SL, B - 46297990, registered office at C / Barcelonina 3 (46002) València (hereinafter MIRALLES).
The acceptance of this document implies that the user has read, understood and understood what is stated below, that he has sufficient capacity to contract and that he assumes all the obligations contracted by him.
1. Identity of the parties

4. Applicable guarantees

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
The user will have a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product for the return of the same.

7. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of non-prefabricated goods and whose production has been tailored according to an individual choice or instruction by the consumer or that are clearly adapted to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
